Belizean Carnival, also known as the September Celebrations Carnival, is an annual bash that takes place during the country's independence celebrations. One of the most striking features is the colorful and elaborate costumes worn by the performers, however, not much credit is given to the designers that bring these costumes to life. In this spot we focused on David Matus, one of Belize's premiere fashion designers, and his team as they work behind the scenes to bring all the colors, feathers, and bedazzling together. Of course, we needed to see these costumes in all their glory so we created a Carnival scene at the Belikin Brewery and let the Carnival spirit take over while we captured the scene.
